Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
  • Handle customer follow-ups for new and repeat business.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with production, PPC, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
  • Track order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain sales reports, payment trackers, and customer databases.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in Sales Coordination or Accounts Receivable.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Manufacturing or packaging industry experience preferred.
