Job Description

We are hiring an HR Executive to manage on-ground HR operations at our factory in Ruiya Industrial Complex, Kolkata, with occasional travel to 2 other nearby factory sites.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily attendance and leave records for factory workers
  • Draft and implement worker policies and HR documentation
  • Provide on-ground HR support and address worker queries/grievances
  • Coordinate with factory management on workforce planning
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities for factory staff
  • Travel periodically to 2 other nearby factory locations for HR coordination

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in HR operations, preferably in a factory/manufacturing setup
  • Comfortable working full-time from the factory location, with occasional travel
  • Good communication in Hindi/Bengali; basic English
