Injection Molding Specialist

• Additional Requirements
• Must have experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry.
• Experience on JSW, Engel, Toshiba, Haitian, or similar injection moulding machines.
• Knowledge of PP, HDPE, LDPE and food-grade plastic processing.
• Able to set machine parameters independently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for moulding defects.
• Knowledge of hot runner systems.
• Understanding of mould maintenance.
• Ability to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
• Experience handling IML (In-Mould Labeling) machines will be preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and root cause analysis.
• Leadership experience in handling machine operators and shift production.
