📝 Job Overview: We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to handle quotations, purchase orders, sales documentation, client coordination, and back-office operations. / 📝 जॉब ओवरव्यू: कोटेशन, परचेज ऑर्डर, सेल्स डॉक्यूमेंटेशन, क्लाइंट कोऑर्डिनेशन और बैक ऑफिस ऑपरेशंस संभालने के लिए सेल्स कोऑर्डिनेटर की आवश्यकता है।

🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, and sales documents / कोटेशन, परचेज ऑर्डर और सेल्स डॉक्यूमेंट तैयार एवं प्रबंधित करना

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams / क्लाइंट, वेंडर और आंतरिक टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना

• Maintain records of enquiries, orders, and dispatch status / पूछताछ, ऑर्डर और डिस्पैच रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना

• Handle email communication and documentation efficiently / ईमेल कम्युनिकेशन और डॉक्यूमेंटेशन संभालना

• Support sales team in daily operations and reporting / सेल्स टीम को दैनिक कार्यों और रिपोर्टिंग में सहयोग देना

• Manage data entry and office coordination activities / डेटा एंट्री और ऑफिस कोऑर्डिनेशन कार्य संभालना

🛠️ Required Skills / आवश्यक कौशल:

• Basic knowledge of Industrial Products and Plant Operations / इंडस्ट्रियल प्रोडक्ट्स एवं प्लांट ऑपरेशन की बेसिक जानकारी

• Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English / हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Handling) / MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Handling)

• Ability to handle multitasking (Sales + Office Work) / मल्टीटास्किंग (सेल्स + ऑफिस वर्क) संभालने की क्षमता
