Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage overall store administration, facilities, and maintenance operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of equipment, utilities, housekeeping, security, and pest control.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for store infrastructure and assets.
Manage vendors, service contracts, invoices, and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, fire safety norms, and company policies.
Monitor store assets, consumables, and inventory records.
Control administrative and maintenance expenses while driving cost optimization.
Support audits, store events, leadership visits, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates on maintenance, compliance, vendor performance, and expenses.
