Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Gelato & Coffee Barista to join our team. You will craft premium espresso drinks, scoop and serve artisan gelato, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft drinks: Prepare espresso beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks.Serve gelato: Scoop gelato flavors accurately and build custom sundaes or affogatos.Serve guests: Take orders warmly, explain flavors, and offer menu recommendations.Process sales: Handle cash and digital payments using the POS system.Maintain the shop: Keep the coffee bar, gelato display, and seating areas spotless.Restock items: Refill beans, milk, gelato tubs, cones, and packaging supplies.
