Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find new borrowers through open-market field visits, direct sales, or channel partners
  • Client Consultation: Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees to prospects
  • Document Verification: Collect and verify income proofs, tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports
  • File Processing & Coordination: Submit applications to underwriting and coordinate with operations for sanctions and loan disbursement
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for loan volume, cross-selling, and portfolio growth
