Team Leader - Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the backend operations team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of all sales and production-related processes.
• Oversee preparation and verification of quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and CRS documentation.
• Ensure accurate order processing from sales confirmation to production and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for seamless order execution.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of CRS activities and customer commitments.
• Review and approve backend documentation before final submission or processing.
• Maintain and improve internal processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle escalations related to order delays, documentation issues, or interdepartmental coordination gaps.
• Train, guide, and support backend team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and MIS related to backend operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and backend sales operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and reporting tools).
• Good understanding of basic accounting and commercial documentation (PI, PO, billing process).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Education

• Technical education is preffered
• B. Tech in Mechanical
