Process Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across production processes.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Waste Reduction.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, quality, scrap, and downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and employee engagement programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to implement sustainable improvements.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities and autonomous maintenance initiatives.
• Prepare and present CI project reports, savings reports, and performance dashboards to management.
• Conduct training sessions on Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
