Job Description

Will be responsible for:

  1. Managing Affairs of Site Office.
  2. Vehicles Trip Management. 
  3. Vehicles Maintenance.
  4. Safety Protocol - Responsible for Safety norms as per checklist, Maintain Documentation.
  5. Training of Drivers.
  6. Prepare Accounts of Drivers & Helpers.
  7. Imprest handling & Expenses Reporting.
  8. Preparation of Reporting MIS as required.
  9. PR with Plant Officials.
  10. Maintaining effective Communication with the Plant officials, Head Office, Required Department, Driver Staff etc. through Mail, Whatsapp, calls & Direct Interaction.
  11. Vehicle Trip Tracking through VTS.

Job Requirements

  1. Graduate with good Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Mail & Drafting)
  2. 5-7 years of experience in Operation Background (Field Knowledge).
  3. Able to Drive 2 Wheeler/ 4 Wheeler (Valid Driving Licence).
  4. Must have fair knowledge regarding the maintenance of Heavy Commercial Vehicles(Trucks).
