Job Description

  • Operate injection moulding machines as per approved process parameters.
  • Set and monitor parameters such as temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure, cycle time, and cooling time.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of moulds with the authorized team.
  • Monitor product quality, including dimensions, weight, colour, and visual appearance.
  • Identify and report defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, burn marks, warpage, and black spots.
  • Perform routine machine checks and maintain cleanliness of the machine and workplace.
  • Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain production records, rejection reports, and sh
