Job DescriptionIP Couriers and Logistics Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement and daily HR operations.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling hiring requirements for telecallers, sales executives, customer-support staff, logistics personnel and other operational roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for different departments
• Post vacancies on Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate final interviews with department heads
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents
• Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding
• Maintain employee records and personal documents
• Monitor daily attendance, working hours, leaves and late arrivals
• Coordinate monthly salary and incentive calculations
• Maintain recruitment, attendance and performance reports
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Develop and implement company policies and HR procedures
• Conduct employee engagement and performance-review activities
• Manage resignations, notices, full-and-final settlements and exit formalities
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations
• Coordinate with management to fulfil urgent and bulk-hiring requirements
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in HR, recruitment or employee management
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR, management or a related field
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing
• Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance and labour compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HR software
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
