Job Descriptionipshopy.com is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting, marketplace transactions, seller payments, bank reconciliation, taxation records and financial documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries
• Manage accounts using Tally, Excel or other accounting software
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways and COD transactions
• Verify seller invoices, commission, deductions, refunds and settlements
• Prepare and process seller and vendor payments
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle GST invoices, GST reconciliation and return-related records
• Assist with TDS calculations, documentation and filings
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with concerned parties
• Maintain petty cash and daily expense records
• Prepare monthly profit-and-loss and MIS reports
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, sellers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records for audits and statutory compliance
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplace accounting
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines
• QualificationB.Com, M.Com or equivalent accounting qualification
• Candidates with relevant practical experience will be preferred
