Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute PAN India dealer and distributor expansion strategies.
  • Build, appoint, and manage dealer/distributor networks across multiple states.
  • Drive monthly and annual sales targets through channel partners.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Design dealer profitability models, incentive schemes, and growth programs.
  • Monitor dealership performance, retail sales, and inventory movement.
  • Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and market expansion strategies.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Production, Service, and Marketing teams for seamless business execution.
  • Conduct dealer meetings, product launches, and business review sessions.
  • Analyze competitor activities and recommend effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and dealer relationship management.
