Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our mobile accessories business.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales and purchase entries.
- Handle cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Maintain stock and inventory-related accounting records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain proper records of expenses and business transactions.
- Prepare basic reports related to sales, purchases, and accounts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
