Job Description
- Draft, review, and manage professional business emails, letters, and official correspondence.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and vendors to ensure effective communication and task completion.
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities through various government and private procurement portals.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with eligibility criteria and submission guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and organize tender-related information and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, bid status, contracts, and associated documentation.
- Manage company documents, certifications, registrations, and compliance-related records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation as required by management.
- Ensure adherence to submission deadlines, documentation standards, and organizational procedures.
- Liaise with clients, government departments, and business partners regarding tender and administrative matters.
- Support business development activities through documentation, correspondence, and tender management processes.
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks assigned by management from time to time.
