Branch Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Anantapur - M & M Arcade - J Grades
- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focused on secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP (Loan Against Property). - Oversee and drive sales targets and business growth within the branch. - Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan solutions. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction. - Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to expand the loan portfolio. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize branch sales efforts. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to secured loans. - Lead and motivate branch sales staff to achieve individual and team targets. - Maintain accurate records and reports related to branch sales performance. - Work closely with credit and risk teams to assess loan applications and mitigate risks.Job role
