Job Description
· Greet patients and direct them to examination rooms.
· Ensure complete and accurate patient registration.
· Discuss health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients and their relatives
· To fill out consent form from patient or their relatives.
· Develop care plans with care team to ensure patients’ safety
· Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect
· Consult with patients and family members to discuss their health problems.
· Educate patients about their condition, medication, and give them specific instructions.
· Attend ongoing training and courses to keep abreast of new developments in health care.
· To coordinate with Radiologist, Technicians and Receptionist.
· Treat patients with empathy and respect and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
· Comply with organizational guidelines and health care laws and regulations.
· Patient Management.
