Job Description

Gaddi Buddies is looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Manager to oversee our daily bike rental operations. If you’re passionate about two-wheelers, love organizing logistics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the bike fleet
  • Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and service schedules
  • Handle customer queries and ensure top-notch service
  • Supervise on-ground staff and streamline operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in operations or logistics (bike rental a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of bikes and vehicle maintenance
  • Good communication skills
