Social Media Manager

We are looking for a motivated and consistent Social Media Outreach Executive to help us generate leads and book appointments through LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Job ResponsibilitiesFind and research potential clients, including fitness coaches, wellness coaches, and consultants, on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients through direct messages using our proven outreach scripts.
• Respond to messages, engage with prospects, and follow up with interested leads.
• Identify qualified prospects and book appointments on our calendar.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update our CRM and Google Sheets.
• Follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and daily outreach targets.
• Track daily activities, responses, follow-ups, and appointments booked.
• Continuously improve outreach quality based on feedback and performance.
• RequirementsGood written English and basic communication skills.
• Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and computer operations.
• Willingness to learn sales outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Self-disciplined, organized, consistent, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Ability to follow instructions and work toward daily targets.

Freshers can apply! Previous experience in digital marketing, sales, lead generation, customer support, or appointment setting is an advantage but not mandatory. Training and scripts will be provided.
