Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, destinations, dates and budgets.
- Search and compare flight fares to provide the best available deals.
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings, including Business Class and First Class tickets.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Explain ticket prices, baggage policies, cancellation rules and other booking details.
- Maintain customer records, booking details and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Experience: Freshers can apply. Training will be provided.
Training: 1 Month
Salary & Incentives: ₹8,000 training stipend, ₹12,000 incentives as advertised, and performance incentives up to ₹15,000 per month, subject to applicable terms and targets.
Work Type: Office-based sales role.
