Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through tele sales activities.
  • Explain company services and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with prospective and existing franchise partners for tie-ups and business discussions.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of franchisees by collecting required documents and completing the onboarding process.
  • Maintain regular communication with franchise partners and clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Travel to client or franchise locations whenever required for meetings, onboarding, or relationship management.
  • Update customer and franchise records in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth execution of services.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
