Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to oversee system

operations, perform data entry in software applications, and provide software

support to end users. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding

of computer software, Microsoft Word, and Excel, along with strong problem

solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and manage system operations to ensure seamless

functionality.



Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients.



Perform data entry tasks using computer software, Microsoft Word, and

Excel.

 Assist Software Developers and Project Managers with application

related issues.



Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level project support as

needed.



Maintain records of data entry tasks, issues, and resolutions.



Prepare and submit daily work reports.



Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic

networking.



Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills.

 Work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in any field


