Job Description

  • Coordinate daily activities of the Sales Executives and support the sales team.
  • Manage and follow up on customer leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Schedule customer meetings and coordinate sales visits and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and regularly update all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices as required.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Maintain proper sales reports and documentation.
