ASSITATNT MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE

·        Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 customer-specific requirements).

·        Lead internal audits, support external audits (customer, certification, and third-party), and drive closure of NCs.

·        Act as the point of contact for customer complaints and quality concerns.

·        Lead analysis of defects using tools like 8D,5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and ensure effective CAPA.

·        Prepare PPAP documents and coordinate customer approvals.

·        Supervise QC team for in-line, pre-dispatch, and final product inspection.

·        Ensure product conformity as per drawing, process standards, and requirements.

·        Monitor process capability, defect trends, and implement corrective measures.

·        Manage incoming inspection and vendor quality.

·        Develop and audit suppliers for component quality (wires, terminals, connectors, tapes, etc.).

·        Ensure timely and accurate documentation of inspection reports, NCRs, audit findings, control plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.

·        Provide weekly/monthly quality performance reports to management.
