Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, communicating with customers, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Explain products, features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Follow up with leads and convert them into orders.

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for orders.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Conduct market visits and meet potential customers when required.

Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Freshers can apply.

Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Confident and comfortable making customer calls.

Willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Good negotiation and convincing skills will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in B2B, electrical, electronics, LED, or manufacturing products will be preferred.
