Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to support day-to-day activities across our business — minor repairs of agricultural tools, logistics support, and general errands as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out minor repairs/maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment sold by the company
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery logistics
  • Support day-to-day errands and operational tasks across the business
  • Help out wherever gaps arise in daily operations

Requirements:

  • Basic technical/mechanical aptitude (tool repair experience a plus, not mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel locally for deliveries and errands
  • Physically fit for loading/unloading work
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Two-wheeler license preferred
