Collections Manager_Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF)-Recovery_Ajnala
- Responsible for managing collections related to agricultural finance and dealer funding recovery. - Oversee recovery processes and ensure timely collection of dues from dealers and clients. - Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to monitor and improve recovery performance. - Manage and lead a team focused on collections and recovery activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in collections. - Maintain records and reports related to recovery and collections. - Work closely with financial and operational teams to support business objectives. - Handle escalations and resolve issues related to collections efficiently. - Monitor market and client trends to optimize recovery strategies. - Support continuous improvement initiatives in the collections process.Job role
