Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Inventory levels and control, conducting regular audits, and implementing inventory management best practices.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and marketing, to streamline processes and meet organizational goals.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
