Warehouse Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Operations Manager to manage the complete day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock receiving, inward and outward processes, inventory management, stock transfers, order dispatch, and proper storage of products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring physical stock matches system stock, conducting regular inventory checks, identifying shortages or mismatches, and coordinating with stores, purchase, accounts, and management teams. The role also includes supervising warehouse staff, assigning daily work, monitoring productivity, ensuring proper handling of mobile phones, accessories, gifts, and other inventory, and maintaining proper documentation for damaged, repair, return, and replacement items. The manager must ensure that all incoming parcels from vendors or online platforms are properly quantity-checked before inward entry and immediately report any shortage, damage, or mismatch. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining warehouse discipline, following company SOPs, reducing inventory errors, ensuring timely dispatches, and preparing regular stock and operational reports for management. Strong leadership, inventory control, communication, problem-solving, and basic computer/ERP knowledge are required for this position.
