Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and understand travel requirements.
- Suggest suitable travel packages, hotels, flights, and transportation.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with travel partners and customers.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Skills: Good communication, sales, negotiation, customer handling, and knowledge of travel destinations.
