Job Description
Travel Back Office Executive (UK Travel Agency)*
Openings: 1 | Experience: 0-3 years | CTC: ₹ 3 LPA to ₹ 4.8 LPA per annum
*Responsibilities*
1. Manage customer bookings on the booking engine: creating, amending, and confirming reservations
2. Process cancellations, refunds, and rebooking requests as per supplier and company policies
3. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and operations teams to confirm and update bookings
4. Handle booking-related emails and queries from the UK team and customers, with timely responses
5. Verify booking details, payments, and documents for accuracy before confirmation
6. Maintain trackers, booking records, and daily status reports
7. Flag discrepancies, payment failures, and urgent cases to seniors promptly
*Must have*
1. Graduate in any stream
2. Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
4. Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel
5. Comfort working on web-based systems and handling high-volume, time-sensitive tasks
