Job Description
- Make outbound calls to students and prospective leads to understand their course interests and career goals.
- Explain relevant courses, benefits, and learning opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads by engaging students and convincing them to visit the branch for counselling.
- Schedule walk-in appointments and coordinate with counsellors for smooth lead handover.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status updates in the CRM/assigned system.
