WE ARE HIRING – TELESALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
NEW WAY TOURISM | AHMEDABAD
Position: Sales & Admin Executive
Experience: Fresher/1–2 Years preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Explain travel packages, pricing, itineraries and policies to customers.
Maintain customer data, CRM records and booking documentation.
Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
Manage daily office administration, attendance, records and documentation.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Support management with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
We Are Looking For
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Strong follow-up and customer-handling ability
Target-oriented & responsible
Good knowledge of CRM
Organised, proactive & detail-oriented
English, Hindi & Gujarati communication preferred
Travel industry experience will be an added advantage
Location: Ahmedabad
