Job Description:


Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads and convert prospects into sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
  • Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
  • Build good relationships with customers and provide proper assistance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order closure.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and convert leads into business.
  • Prior Telecalling / Telesales / Sales experience will be preferred.
