Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, social media, and other online sources and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to leads received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp & other sources.
  • Make calls to new and existing customers and understand their requirements.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Explain products, features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Maintain all lead and customer details in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer requirements.
  • Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and lead-conversion records.
