Job Description
Daily Lead Calling – Minimum 80–100 calls per day.
Lead Contact Rate – Maintain 60%+ contact rate.
Lead Qualification – Identify genuine and interested customers.
Site Visit Booking – Generate minimum 3–5 site visits per day.
Follow-Up – Complete all pending follow-ups on time.
Quotation Follow-Up – Follow up regularly on submitted quotations.
Sales Conversion – Achieve monthly assigned sales target.
Revenue Generation – Achieve monthly revenue target.
Customer Handling – Provide professional and accurate information.
CRM Updating – Update every call, lead status and follow-up in CRM.
Lead Response Time – Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes.
Call Quality – Follow company script and maintain professional communication.
Data Accuracy – Maintain correct customer details and lead status.
Target Achievement – Achieve 100% of monthly telesales KPIs.
