Telecalling Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecallers / International Sales Executives for our USA Sales Process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers in the United States, promoting Internet, Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, and Telecommunication Services, understanding customer requirements, and converting potential customers into successful sales.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong convincing abilities, customer-handling skills, and a positive sales attitude.

Both freshers and candidates with experience in International BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales are welcome to apply.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities1. International Calling & Customer CommunicationHandle outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with American customers.
• Explain available Internet, Broadband, Wi-Fi, and Networking services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans and solutions.
• Build customer trust through effective communication and professional behavior.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during calls.
• 2. Sales & Customer ConversionPromote Internet and Telecommunication services in the USA market.
• Convince potential customers by clearly explaining service benefits, pricing, and available offers.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Convert interested prospects into successful sales.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for service upgrades and additional products.
• 3. Product KnowledgeDevelop a basic understanding of USA Internet and Telecommunication services.
• Understand Broadband, Fiber Internet, Wi-Fi, and Networking solutions.
• Learn about Internet plans, speed, pricing, installation procedures, and promotional offers.
• Explain service features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Stay updated on product information and process guidelines provided during training.
• 4. Customer Handling & Call QualityMaintain excellent call quality and professional telephone etiquette.
• Listen carefully to customers and respond appropriately.
• Develop strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Handle customer objections patiently and confidently.
• Follow company scripts, sales processes, and quality guidelines.
• Ensure all customer information is communicated accurately without misleading commitments.
• 5. Daily Reporting & PerformanceMaintain accurate customer interaction and call records.
• Update customer details and sales status in the CRM system.
• Complete assigned daily calling activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

Experience & EligibilityFreshers:

• Freshers with good spoken English are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be willing to learn USA sales processes.
• Sales and product training will be provided.

Experienced Candidates:

• Experience in International BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support is preferred.
• Experience in USA outbound sales processes will be an advantage.
• Previous experience selling Internet, Broadband, Telecom, or Networking services is an added benefit.
• Candidates with good sales conversion and objection-handling skills will be preferred.
