Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, quotations, and order processing.
- Maintain customer and lead records in the system.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
- Sales-oriented approach with good convincing skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
