📋 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

🎯 Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with interested customers.

🗣️ Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information clearly to customers.

🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

🔄 Follow up with leads and customers to support lead conversion and business growth.

😊 Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance over the phone.

🚨 Listen to customer complaints and grievances and work toward timely resolution.

📋 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

📈 Update lead status and customer information regularly.

💬 Handle telesales and telemarketing activities as assigned by the company.

🎯 Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and performance targets.

🤝 Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and unresolved issues.

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month, as per skill & experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹4,000+ based on performance
