Telecaller – Loan Process
Company: Ram Enterprises
Position: Telecaller
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job DescriptionRam Enterprises is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to promote and assist customers with various loan products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers over the phone.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain loan products and their benefits.
- Generate and follow up on customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
