Job Overview

We are looking for a technically proficient Civil Site Engineer / Technical Office Coordinator with strong English communication skills. The candidate will coordinate between office and site operations, conduct regular site visits, and work closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site and office operations.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and technical records.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Handle technical and administrative coordination activities.

Requirements

• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in civil site execution and/or office coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Smart, confident, and professional personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and basic computer applications.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to use it for frequent site visits.
• Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred.
