Job Description

  • Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for domestic or international suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and specifications. Vendor contract managements & visit PAN India as & when required.
  • Payment & Invoice Tracking: Coordinate advance payments, letters of credit (LC), and resolve accounts payable or invoice discrepancies. VelvetJobs +1
  • Shipment Monitoring: Track ex-factory updates, shipping schedules, and coordinate inward material documentation with warehouse teams. 
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain supplier performance records, inventory logs, and prepare management information system (MIS) reports using enterprise resource planning tools. 
  • In licensing of product in pharma/ Healthcare
