Job Description – Store Manager (Florist)

Position: Store Manager

Salary: Starting from ₹12,000 per month

Working Days: 7 Days a Week

Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day

• Shift Timings:
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or
• 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Location: New India Colony, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382346

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the florist store.

• Welcome customers and assist them with flower and floral product selections.
• Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of flowers and related products.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic store documentation.
• Maintain daily sales and inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely availability of products.
• Monitor daily sales and store performance.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle basic customer complaints and resolve them professionally.
• Ensure flowers and other products are properly stored and maintained.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a retail/store environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work all 7 days as per the assigned shift schedule.

Salary & Benefits

Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and suitability.

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Weekly Off: As per the store's shift/roster schedule.
