Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job SummaryMagson Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory management, sales performance, staff management, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail/store management, preferably in the food, FMCG, supermarket, or related industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily store operations efficiently.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and store profitability.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, inward/outward movement and replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Monitor product expiry, damages, wastage and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display.
• Manage and motivate store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and internal teams for timely stock availability.
• Maintain proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly store MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and maintained according to company standards.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduate preferred; relevant retail/store management experience will be considered.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Store/Retail Management preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Retail, Supermarket or Grocery Retail will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and POS/store management systems.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple operational activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment and manage flexible shifts.
