Store Keeper

Role Summary

We are seeking an organized and meticulous Storekeeper to manage our warehouse inventory, equipment spares, consumables, and tools. You will be responsible for the receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of heavy equipment parts and tools vital for rig operations. Your goal is to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent any operational downtime caused by material shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials, rig spare parts, tools, and consumables against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Stock Issuance: Record and issue materials to engineering, maintenance, and rig teams based on approved material requisitions.
• Material Tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time records of stock movements using ERP software or inventory spreadsheets.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and audits to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Reorder Coordination: Monitor minimum stock levels of critical spares and initiate purchase requisitions to prevent stock-outs.
• Safety & Storage: Ensure proper storage, categorization, and preservation of heavy mechanical/electrical parts following HSE guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain systematic files of gate passes, delivery challans, goods receipt notes (GRN), and inspection reports.
