Position: Shop Sales Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hardworking, honest, and customer-friendly Shop Sales Assistant to help with the daily operations of our tools and machinery shop.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in purchasing tools, machines, and accessories.
  • Explain basic product features and usage to customers.
  • Handle sales of drilling machines, cutting machines, grinders, breakers, and other power tools.
  • Arrange and display tools and machines properly in the shop.
  • Help customers find the right products according to their needs.
  • Check stock availability and assist with inventory management.
  • Handle product packing and shop cleaning.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Support other daily shop activities as required.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is an advantage.
  • Honest, punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
  • Willingness to learn about different tools and machines.
  • Previous sales or shop experience is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Salary & BenefitsFixed monthly salary.
  • No sales-based incentives.
  • Salary will be discussed during the interview.
