Store Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage receiving, checking, storing, and issuing raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and GRN.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, inventory registers, and ERP/system entries.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for food products and materials with expiry dates.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess inventory, expiry, and damaged materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth material movement.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling, identification, segregation, and storage of materials.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards as applicable.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Handle documentation related to inward, outward, transfers, returns, damages, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to minimize pilferage, damage, and wastage.
• Support audits and provide required stock-related documents and records.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and inventory control procedures.
