📢 **જરૂરી છે – હાઉસિંગ સોસાયટી મેનેજર**


વસ્ત્રાપુર, સંદેશ પ્રેસની બાજુમાં આવેલી અમારી હાઉસિંગ સોસાયટી માટે એક જવાબદાર, કાર્યદક્ષ અને અનુભવી મેનેજરની જરૂર છે.


**કામની જવાબદારીઓ:**

- સોસાયટીના રોજિંદા હિસાબ-કિતાબ અને આવક-જાવકનો હિસાબ રાખવો.

- સોસાયટીના નાના-મોટા મેન્ટેનન્સનાં કામો કરાવવા અને તેની દેખરેખ રાખવી.

- રોજિંદી સફાઈ, પ્લમ્બિંગ, પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા અને વોચમેનની કામગીરી પર ધ્યાન રાખવું.

- સોસાયટીના મેન્ટેનન્સ ચાર્જ તથા સભ્યો પાસેથી બાકી નીકળતાં નાણાંની વસૂલાત માટે પ્રયત્ન કરવો.

- સોસાયટીની રોજિંદી કામગીરી સુચારુ રીતે ચાલે તેની જવાબદારી સંભાળવી.


**કામના કલાકો:** સવારે 9:00 થી સાંજે 4:00 વાગ્યા સુધી.


**સાપ્તાહિક રજા:** રવિવાર સિવાય કોઈપણ એક દિવસ સાપ્તાહિક રજા લઈ શકાશે.


**પગારધોરણ:** ₹15,000 પ્રતિ માસ.


**લાયકાત:** સોસાયટી મેનેજમેન્ટનો અનુભવ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય. એકાઉન્ટનું સારું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારને પ્રથમ પસંદગી આપવામાં આવશે.
