Job Description

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Experience: 1–2 Years


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor painting activities at project sites.
  • Check and take measurements of the area worked on
  • Manage laborers, painters, and contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.
  • Maintain labor attendance and daily site progress reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure proper material usage and inventory control.
  • Monitor paint application quality, surface preparation, and finishing standards.
  • Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Resolve day-to-day site and workforce-related issues.


Requirements:

  • Candidates from Ahmedabad Required
  • 1–2 years of working experience on site.
  • Experience in measurements, handling labourers and site operations.
  • Basic knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.
  • Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
